An exquisite craftmanship, very sturdy, genuine materials and really beautiful.
Only one point of disappointment, and it is a major one for me;
like written in your description of this Tanto :
- "razors edge sharp"
- "battle-ready swords"
- "built for cutting" (?!)
- "extremely sharp hand honed edge".
I am afraid it is not true.
I own a Katana with those qualities and this Tanto is not near
to cut something at all. It is even dull at some points to say the truth.
....but 4 stars anyway because it is awesome for display.

The sword is beautiful. I bought two swords on Amazon and they both broke within a week. My son (who is into Katana Swords) was devastated. This sword is built so much better and it’s very sleek. He’s only 6 so he’s not allowed to touch it without Mommy or Daddy right next to him. I’m teaching him to respect the sword and to understand it’s a very powerful weapon. We love it. My first Naganata. I'm hooked. The most solid and we'll balanced sword I have purchased yet. The wooden Saya is a thing of beauty. The entire sword is gorgeous from top to bottom. It came perfect out of the box. Sharp, no rattles, fits perfectly in the saya. It will be my main blade to practise with going forward. Great job!
