The shop says LA but the sword ships from China one was thing that I didn't look into we'll enough so it did take a couple weeks to arrive. When it arrived the blade came oiled and protected with no scratches but on the sheath there were some marks that I was able to get off with some stuff from my sword cleaning kit that I had. Other than that the sword looks good, is heavy, and is very very sharp.

These are beautiful blades. Ordered two as gifts. And a few for myself. Shipping is the only pain, as they come from Sword City in China. Their tracking is horrid. But the quality and workmanship is spectacular. Now if we just have to encounter some zombies......

The blade is finely crafted and the hand woven leather that's stitched on the sheath is well made and nothing is plastic, and the blade is sharpened but not to sharp for anyone that doesn't know how to use it. The best sword I've held in my hands.

It feels genuine, has all the visual appearance of looking like it has a full tang and full functionality, the blade is heavy and feels satisfying to hold. It's also gorgeous if i havn't already said that XD

This is truly an amazing and authentic sword. I'm so glad that I decided to order off this shop as the quality and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The sword feels super sturdy and it's sharp enough to cleanly cut through paper. Also, even though this wasn't stated in the description I don't think, I believe the ray skin is real as it's super hard and tough. The katana fits super snug in the saya (sheathe) so even if I shook it the sword wouldn't fall out. The photo really doesn't do it any justice. It feels as though it was specially made for me!
Although it the sword is excellent, the tracking on the shipment was a little off but it got here only about 10 days after I ordered it so super happy with that! Also it was a little difficult to unbox and I got styrofoam everywhere but worth it!!!
